silverstangs is starting off with a positive reputation.

4.2L images?

Can someone show me a 2001+ 4.2L image? I am looking for detailed images of the top of the engine, and the crank pully.
Also are your engine internally balanced like the 3.8L or are they externally balanced?

Also if anyone by chance has pics of the pistons and rods and block, can you post those two?
