I am just glad it just wasn't my truck specifically that was a factory defect, or some knucklehead on the assembly line forgot a bushing, spacer to make my truck level. Has anybody fixed this issue in the front and rear and what did you do to level out the truck?

There is no TSB listed for leaning for the '07 MY.

have it measured with you in the vehicle

I used to air my tires at -3% for the front left, +3% for the rear right, at +-0% for the front right and rear left because I swore that when I got in the car, there was a lean....but then ...I weight 300lbs

I had the same problem but it was up front. A week after buying my 2013 F-250 I noticed that it was leaning to the drivers side. I blew it off and thought that it was just the slope of the parking lot or something. After a few weeks I busted out the tape measure and found out there was a 1"+ difference from left to right side fender wells. Took it to the dealer for a my free first oil change and told them my alignment was off and that there was something up with the height. They changed the oil and totally blew off the rest because they "don't like to touch the suspension until at least 5,000 miles".
I had 4k miles by then and was a month from driving from Alaska to Wyoming for a move to a new base. I declared shenanigans and called my salesman to ask for help and remind them that I had just paid $54k for this thing. Ended up getting a call from the service manager, who was really nice and asked me to please bring it back.
Turns out that nothing was wrong with the suspension. After 8 hours of trouble shooting they realized that the whole cab was sitting funny compared to the bed. Further investigation showed that somehow completely wrong body mount shims had been installed at the factory and that was causing the weird stance. They measured it at a 1 3/8" difference from one side to the other. They put on new shims and finally it was fixed.
Don't let the service guys blow you off. If that sucker is under warranty they need to fix it.
I was so frustrated I was ready to park mine right through the window and into their showroom.

Its a common issue on these trucks...Chev has it too (Chevy Lean). Most agree it has to do with the fuel tank on that side, but never really had a believable response.

My '11 is the same way, right side is higher then the left. Has been since I got it 3 years ago. It's about 3/4" difference, I just deal with it after looking on here 2 years ago for a issue with it.

Correct, I looked back at my notes the TSB was up until 2005.
