I have a 02 f250 powerstroke that the tcase seems to be growling when I activate 4wd and accelerate. so if I cant find a simple fix I can get a 99v10 electric shift tcase but was wondering if it would even work on the 2002?

I could be wrong but what i have read the v10 and 7.3 4x4 trans and transfer case should be the same from 99 to 2002 maybe Evan 03
