oem 6 disc changer

So I have what I believe is an oem 6 disc changer. I assume they go mounted in the console? It came from a 2000 excursion. Im not hooking it up in my excursion but in my new to me 99 f250 xl. I took the base model radio out of the 250 and installed my stock 2001 excursion limited radio since I went with an aftermarket one in my excursion. In assuming the changer is plug and play with this head unit? Do I have to tap into power wires or anything since the 250 didn't come with this changer from factory?

I probably wont install it until I find buckets for the 250, so I can install my extra excursion console that I have.

Better give us a picture because the OE changer is in the head unit (mounted in the dash), unlike my Caddy where the changer is remote mounted in the trunk. So help us help you with "watcha got"...

Ah. This changer may not be oem then. It was in the console from the 00 excursion. I'll post pics later tonight.

Didn't know what I needed to hook it up to my factory stereo. Anyone know what I'd need to make it work in a 2000 F250. The changer came out of a 2000 Excursion. I'm sure it's a wiring harness but not sure which one will work. But it's for sale in the marketplace.
