F600 CARBURETOR REPLACEMENT

Hi guys,

Looking to replace the carb in our 72' F600. I've looked for any info on the web without luck. The red motorcraft tag has the numbers:

D5TEACB
A 4L 26

I took it down to my local auto parts store and they could not locate one for me. Any help would be appreciated.

The D5TE-ACB is a model 2150 used on ford trks. 1975-78 with hand choke . D5 = 1975 ,T = truck , E = engineering ,don't know what the ACB means . Try a different parts store it shouldn't be that hard to replace .

Yep, that is a carb tag off of a 75 truck.
