trouble with power steering

I replaced power steering pump (2 from napa -first had bad bearing), steering box (red-head steering), steering stabilizer, steering shaft rag joint, and all power steering hoses. This was done about 3 weeks ago. After bleeding everything I drove truck and it drove like a new truck. After siting for 4 or 5 days, I could not turn steering wheel, even with truck jacked up.
After checking everything, I cracked open the high pressure line at the pump
with the truck running and let a little fluid run out. That took care of the problem. I turned wheel back and forth to stop position about 10 times.
After truck sat for 3 or 4 days, same thing happen again. This has occurred about 4 times and each time I can crack open the high pressure line and it will steer like new. Any help would you can give would be great. Thanks

Some people say that you can run PS fluid and not hurt it. But i was having issues, flushed and switched to AT type F, no problems since.

Here you go, how to bleed one way.

Do it the FORD way and it works every time!!!
1- Hook everything up
2- Fill with fluid
3- Jack up front of truck off of ground (Both front wheels)
4- Disconnect or Disable coil (So Truck CANNOT start)
5- Turn Steering wheel lock to lock about 5 to 10 times
6- Top off Fluid
7- Repeat Step 5
8- Repeat Step 6
9- Crank engine over (Ignition Disabled) and turn steering lock to lock 5 to 10 times
10- Repeat Step 6
11- Repeat Step 9
12- Repeat Step 6
13- Enable Ignition
14- Start Truck and turn Lock to Lock 5-10 times
15- Turn off Truck
16- Repeat Step 6
17- Repeat Step 14
18- Repeat Step 15
19- Repeat Step 6
20- Let Truck Down off of Jacks or jack Stands
21- Repeat Step 14
22- Steering should work just fine, have all the air bled out and have a quiet pump to boot!!!

3X that 77&79 F250 That's the way Ford recommends doing it .I worked 20yrs plus at a Ford dealership and that's the way to bleed it out correctly .Ps if bled out correctly you should have no power steering whine .Plain fact.
