Both batteries go bad as same time?
02 with two energizer batteries new 5/12, worked fine in January, sat for month of Feb, weak first week of March, went to start this weekend and deader then an door nail. Went to charge and after a few hours chargers says battery is bad, went to charge 2nd battery after disconnect and same result battery bad, neither would take any amount of charge? I have many vehicles so a dead battery is no surprise to me but two dead ones on the same day less than 2 years old?? Something seems wrong here? Any thought before I go shell out the big $$ for two new batteries?

1. It won't matter if one goes or both, they are replaced as pairs.
2. Something in your truck drained the batteries down until they were flat, and they stayed there. This is a body blow to a battery, and it's lucky to survive this when coupled with cold temperatures. I suspect you're in a warmer climate, but this doesn't always rescue the batteries from being drained to flat.
