OT - What to see Car/Truck in Calif.

My wife and I are taking the motor home west down I-10 to Calif this year. Going to head up through Calif to Oregon and Wash. state.

We'll be doing the regular tourist stuff, but I'd also like to see some car/truck/hot rod/racing stuff. What's the best museums or car collections to see out on the left coast?

When are you going? If it fits the schedule I would go to the Pomona Swapmeeet which, I believe, is every three months or so. No way to describe it besides HUGE! West Coast's Largest Swap Meet & Classic Car Show | Pomona Swap Meet

The LA Roadster show on Father's Day weekend: LA Roadsters, Hot Rods of Southern California

I am assuming that you are going to take I5 up to Oregon so do yourself a favor and check out Sacramento Vintage Ford. It is a museum in itself: Sacramento Vintage Ford Parts, Inc. • 888-Ford-100

If you like a huge variety of cars check out Cars & Coffee in Irvine Cars and Coffee™ Irvine

Or Donut Derilicts in Huntington Beach https://www.donutderelicts.com/aboutus.html

If you like exotics, this is n Oxnard: Mullin Automotive Museum

It's a Bugatti museum. Problem with them though is they're only open a very limited time - usually just a couple of days a month.

Thanks guys for the great suggestions. Keep 'um coming.

Doods, thanks for the offer but the wife isn't much for boondocking. Likes her creature comforts too much..
