whats a safe product for cleaning plenum

I am going to be dismantling my engine, changing IMG. I was just curious if any on could tell of a good product to clean my upper intake manifold, its filthy and i dont know if i should just use carb cleaner. any thoughts would be great thanks.

BG Products sells a plenum cleaner that will not damage the coating.

Hey thanks for the reply just finished up on the dismantle, perfect timing. Carb cleaner on everything else eh .
