Couple of mirrors off my '61

So is one mirror's arm telescopic and the other non-telescopic? Are the heads identical in size (in the photos, one looks smaller but I suspect it is just the angle)?

You are correct on all accounts. The heads are the same and one arm telescopes the other does not.
