2005 F150 STX seat belt tension

I have a 2005 F150 with seat belts that I think have too much tension. On long drives I get discomfort in my neck on the side where the shoulder belt crosses. Is there any way to adjust the tension on the belt?

My wife is short, and the belts coming out of the top of the seat (reg. cab) hit her across her ears. I have bought a set of these:

The LooPo Seat Belt Tension Adjuster

And these For her:

Frankie Seat Belt Adjuster Clip

NOT the ideal solution, but better than nothing.
