Yep, you're going to need a set of pedals from the '97-91 years truck, the 92 and up are way different.
Grab the transmission cross-member, I don't know if the auto used a different one, but just in case.
If you want a clean install you'll want a steering column too, don't know if that's going to be generation specific or not.
If the F450 has hydroboost grab that too! Even if you don't want it I'm sure you could sell it here.
You'll have to figure out how to wire up the B/U lights if you want them.

Just to be sure you are aware... the F450 will have a 4x4 transmission with a drive line brake bolted behind it instead of a transfer case. You will need to keep that brake for a 2wd application and mod the driveshaft. If you have a 4x4 grab the brake anyway and sell it. There is a demand for them.
Also in case you were not aware, F450's come with a wide ratio ZF, not a close ratio like the pick ups. If you have 4.10 axle gears it will be a 2nd gear start with a granny gear. If you have 3.55's you may be disappointed... granny start every time. Much lower 1st than close ratio ZF.
