46 1/2 in the front and 48" in the back 6" lift with 37's
So if we had the same size tire you would only be 1.5" bigger on the front and 1" in the back. I would have thought there would have been a much bigger difference. Is your truck a 250?

I do believe that's how it is? And yeah mines a 03 f250 so maybe since you have a newer truck with newer springs it will set a little higher, but my buddy had a 6" with 37's and then I had 6" with bald 35's and I was like maybe a half an inch lower than him

There are definitely plenty of suspension differences between a 03 and a 08 but based on your measurements I'm guessing a lift kit raise is based off a 250 now a 350. So to get a true 6" 350 lift I would need a 8" lift.
Either way these are all just thoughts. I plow so as much as I would love a big lift its not very practical
I dont know the wheel well measurements, but i know the overall roof height of the truck at highest point i sit 7'2" tall. That is the highest i can lift and still be able to get through car washes, most parking garages (some i still cant clear) and that is as high as i can go and still tow gooseneck trailers (which is something i do every week of the year many many miles). My truck is a 2008 250 with 4" Lift kit and sitting on 35.47" Nitto Trail Grapplers With air ride Lift bag on rear axle.
Don't forget engine differences, the gas engines will be taller and the diesels will be shorter. Also if you have pow prep springs the front of the truck is taller to start with. I have the plow prep springs and did a 2.5" leveling kit on my 04 5.4l and basically got a 4" lift compared to trucks that don't have the heavier duty front springs.
Mine is 47 1/2 front, 49 1/2" rear. 2007 V-10 on 37's.
Its a Fabtech 6", but I just changed the rear leafs because they
were cracked. I put a set of Pro Comps but they set about 2" higher.
I hate the way it is setting now. Its not level. Going to swap the
3" factory block with 1 1/2" block to lower it down a bit to level.
I have the air-bags on it for load assistance.
