thanks for all the comments and help...

I still have the problem with the P04DA. Corrected the P2455 issue...the sensor was damaged somehow. Thought replacing that would solve both but still in limp mode.

To be specific...I have no throttle to speak of in any gear...park and neutral rev up...but not is gear. I noticed that if I drive it that way...it takes off and runs perfect once the engine oil temp hits 160F. I have done this 3 times now over 3 days and it is very precise. I can only get up to about 10-15 mph with it floored but when it gets up to temp...no issues.

I am running out of options...did all the diagnostics I can do with the multimeter. Do not have access to a scanner to read the PIDS. Looks like dealer if I cannot figure it out this weekend.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks for the help.... You might be right...the code reader I had yesterday had a "permanent" next to this code. Anyone know what this means? Does something have to be reset?

Unfortunately, it sounds like you need to get it hooked up to the dealer's laptop. They have a 1,000 more functions than a reader. Should be able to pinpoint your problem and/or erase your code.

may have had a break through... Got a diagnostic procedure for P1102 which is one of my pending codes. Found a voltage of 4 volts on pin 5 of the MAF harness to ground...suppose to be 0.

So...if that harness runs down undernearth the radiators I can see how it could have been damaged...but how does a damaged wire get a stray voltage? Is it damaged (insulation gone) and at the exact same point a hot wire also is damaged that is leaking voltage to this wire? Seems unlikely... How would you guys go about finding the issue?

If it's supposed to be a ground but the wire is broken then that pic could pick up a voltage through another source from the other side of the connection on the MAF and just float to the 4v you see.

Well if you knew where both ends of the harness are you could check for continuity. But it does sound like it could be an open ground.

Well...I went all over that harness tracing it back to where it went into the PCM...continuity the whole way. I cut the wire about 3"s from the PCM to see if there was voltage there and there is. Not sure if this means the PCM is bad. Soldered the wire back together and shrink tubed it....

Now I got a battery light and a warning for low oil pressure. I digging this whole deeper....I assume the battery light is because of all the testing I did with the ignition in. Not sure why I have the low oil pressure light....

found a connector I did not get on all the way....fixed the oil pressure and battery light. Back to sqaure 1...I am done with this thing...calling dealer tomorrow. Will update what it was..

My guess is FD5 is right.... something has to be reset after the accident...

BCM on mine is the fuse panel on passenger side at floorboard. Just unplugs but once unplugged computer had to be reset. Took almost an hour to reset.

Thanks, the dude never said what he did to solve the problem. I replaced the IAT sensor on it and no go.
