The MAP connection to Intake the little nipple gets Clogged, also check the hose for cracks, EBP and tube make sure the hole in the sensor is clear not blocked and the tube is clear, IAT2 sensor will be clogged it sits right behind the upper fuel bowl becareful the clip on the connection will snap off it's ok it stays on. Most use a Carb Cleaner I also use a plumbers Flux Brush and
Ware your Safety Glasses that stuff Burns like

Does it get better when it reaches operating temperature?

If so then the cause is more then likely a sticky injector spool!

I have a similar issue and it goes away once operating temp is reached. I had it scanned when it was cold and got an injector code for an injector.

Yes it goes away when it warms up. I'm waiting on my RevX to come in!

I would take it to advanced auto and have it scanned to see which injectors are bad. Sounds like more than one. Start using light weight oil and fuel additives

Here's the video of my truck and what its doing. When I pulled out of the driveway and started up the street it was at full throttle. You can here the turbo spooling but she's not going very fast. After get back in the drive way I held the brake and pressed the gas so you can see it smoking. The temp outside was 60 degrees, on colder days (30 and below) if I attempt to drive it will smoke like this. Still no codes!!!! And I cleaned the Map Sensor out.

Don't mind the oil spill! When they came to pick up my used barrel of oil they decided to spill the damn thing. They're coming Monday to clean it.

Major injector stiction.

Might be able to scan and find pending contribution codes on the offending injectors... but the better plan would be to order some o-ring kits and polish all the spools.

I don't have a reader capable of reading those parameters except ICP and IPW.

ICP
Idle=1120-1134psi, moving between the numbers (up and down)
Cruise/60mph=2200-2600psi
Accelerating, I've seen it top out at 5000psi plus regularly!

IPW
Idle=130-151ms, moving through the numbers (up and down)
In Drive at a stop= 175-207ms, moving through the numbers (up and down)
Driving/40mph=149-167ms

I don't know what these numbers are supposed to be but are they correct?

Are those idling ICP numbers with the engine up to temp? You should also never see the ICP number ever max out at much more than 4000. We really need to know what the ICPV's are at KOEO. Have you pulled the ICP connector and checked for the presence of oil? I also agree that you have stiction going on there but the ICP numbers look odd to me.
