Clutch disc size

Hey there,
I drive a 1984 ford f150 with a 5.0 302 and a 4 speed np435. I was wondering if anyone had the specs on the disc size handy, I need a new kit and the parts store has 2 different options.
Thanks,
Andrew

The sizes are 10 and 11 inch options, I believe. I just dont know which it is.

Probably not to much help, but I have a 85 F250 4x4 351w and, just replaced the clutch and it was a 10". Maybe the 11" is for a 2wd or something.

It could be either.

Some (but not all) flywheels are drilled to take both options. If your flywheel will take an 11" clutch, that's what I would get.

Hey, Bill,

I sent an e-mail to Sylvia and asked her to make an adjustment on your computer that I hope results in the parts catalog pages you post showing up less blurry.

You see, FTE's servers reduce the quality of uploaded images (it makes them use less space on the disk and saves storage space). This is generally not detectable in pictures of cars and trucks but it makes black and white text blurry which you may not notice on your wall-sized monitor. I asked Sylvia to max out the image quality on the pictures your computer is producing, so they'll hopefully be less blurry by the time FTE's software is done with them.

"She who must be obeyed" left for San Antonio this morning (Friday) to attend the NACE confab.

Next Wednesday, "She" leaves San Antonio and flies to Boulder for another confab, won't be home until Friday.

OK, thanks for that.

This is no big deal and there's no hurry or anything, but I don't run the same software your computer is using and therefore can't walk you through it over the phone or in e-mail. I could do it if I connected to your computer by remote but you'd have to have your computer invite me to do that and it'd be a hassle to even walk you through doing *that* so I won't even try,
