Its hard to run true duals under a bronco, there is no damn room! I have a 460 in mine with L&L headers, the guy ran one pipe UNDER the transfer case and then each pipe went into the footballs (cats) and then into a Flowmaster dual in dual out muffler. Then up over the axle and exitted the rear at a 45 degree angle. Sounds great ! Oh yea.. my Bronco is a 1984.

I don't know about full length headers, but I have shorties and the installer was able to bend the pipes so that the cats are side by side next to the T-casewith each one exiting into a single in / single out mufflers. He used no y-pipe or crossover pipe. My beast growls as I hit the gas.

they ran mine the same way (93 bronco 5.0). took the skid plate off (too bent up) and ran it under the transfer case. I'm going to put the skidplate back on, but i have to straighten it out first so it'll clear the pipe.
