Help with column adjustment

I assume the shifter is very sloppy? There are 2 Torx screws under the dash holding column components together that sometimes back out and cause slop or a loose shifter. These can be found by removing the fuse box cover and laying on your back on the floorboard.
Then reach up and wiggle the shifter around a bit.. You should see them easily.
We had this problem in our Ex recently to the point of the shifter dropping from Park to Reverse with the engine idling! Lucky one of my guys was standing right beside the driver door.
