Put 40/20/40 seats in back?

will 40/20/40 seats bolt in back of my 99 cc?
i just got a 2000 ex cab with 40/20/40 that im parting out and thought about putting them in the back to have a better ride. most of the time 3 is all that ride in the truck so it would work plus i still have 6 seats.

I am doing same thing on my 2000. All the bolt points are there just need to be drilled and taped. The two for the drivers side and center seat back corner plugs are over the fuel tank have to drill from top BUT put a steel plate on fiel tank so you don't drill into it. Once under the truck you will see what I mean.

Another idea to help from hitting tank is figure how far you need to go before its all the way thru then mark on drill bit and cut a piece of fuel hose to length it acts as a stopper or depth gauge
