OK I had the engine rebuilt in this pig and need some help. It idles rough sounds like a diesel and is throwing PO340 PO345 AND PO349 codes the shop says they have triple checked timing and its correct he replaced bank 2 phaser crank position sensor and vct. Any suggestions?

 

same thing happened to me this summer. ended up having to replace the engine. vct went and cam phasers were out of whack because the timing chain plastic guides broke and were chewed up into the engine and clogging sensors and oil wells thus loosing oil pressure.

 

Mine has less then 100 miles on rebuild.

 

what kind of oil and filter
and check the oil level make sure is it not too low or high because it can cause it to throw those codes without the oil light on

 

Just rechanged oil with OEM filter and 7 quarts of oil.
