6.2 F150 Exhausts

Has anyone here specifically run the MBRP system on a 6.2 F150? I want the 3.5" single system for the tubing and something drone free.. like the Super Duty's with the 6.2 really.

I think it's so dumb Ford uses such a dinky exhaust on their biggest engines in the half tons..... but whatever. They sure make it easy with the big 2 bolt flange up front and actually reasonable looking cats, tubing and Y pipe though.. well until I go long tubes. Thanks!

Well I am going to give the MBRP a shot. Talked with another guy that has one on the same truck. It doesn't really drone but he thinks its a bit loud.... loud I can deal with as long as it doesn't throb. I wanted it black but they don't offer black for the 157" wheel base.... no biggie though as its just powder coated and a friend of mine powdercoats for a hobby..... so...... I will just get it done on my own.

Thanks but no thanks. I will never purchase Corsa for anything I own. I would leave the stock system on if that was my only choice. Please don't take this the wrong way or anything, I just do not like nor want anything Corsa.

Thanks!

Purchased a 2014 250 6.2L and brought straight to friends shop. Wanted a kick *** deep sounding exhaust. My mechanic suggested removal of one muffler. My 250 came with cat-muffler-res-muffler. So we can right after the first muffler eliminating the res and muffler and running a straight pipe from there. What a great sound this produced.

How much of the drone noise do you have in the cab, also have you pulled anything with significant weight with your modification?

Drone was little and I have pulled my dump trailer loaded with a skid steer.
