I would like to install cruise control on my 1996 F350 XL 5.8. I would rather stay with OEM if possible any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Go to the junkyard and take the cables, switches, and steering wheel. You should be able to fit the unit from another truck directly on to yours and either plug into your OE system and fuses or run a jumper harness if their is no option. Check out the link I found.
