OK, HERE IT IS, A NEW TRUCK

Well, y'all it's done now. Took it out of the dealers this morning. Brand new, don't have 50 miles on it yet. Lots of gadgets, a navigation system I can't figure out how to work, Heated and air conditioned seats, memory everything, it is awesome. Cost way too much. I didn't want to be here but because of one drunk old woman here I am My third diesel.

Before I post the pictures I want to thank all y'all who have helped me through 5 years of mostly good 6.4L ownership. There are dozens of people on this site who have helped me out when I was fresh out of good ideas. Finding and solving problems is something I enjoy and the past five years with the 6.4L have given me plenty of opportunity for enjoyment. In the end I think the truck was set to go for a long time doing an outstanding job of towing and touring. I think that with a lot of advice and help from this board I finally had it right. I hate I didn't get the opportunity to prove that.

Anyway, I'll move my primary base over to the 6.7L group and introduce myself. I've been digging around a bit over there and saw a bunch of folks from either here or my seven years on the 7.3L board.

So, thanks again for all the help and if you need anything from me just let me know.

This truck is so far from the old pick ups and power wagons I grew up with in the 50s. It is a space age truck with a space shuttle price tag.

Nice looking truck Stanley, good luck with it, stop by sometime and say Hi, you will be missed. You didn't by chance steal those rubber inserts for the cup holders out of your old 6.4 did ya.
You do like white also don't you, sweet looking ride, I'll stop by the 6.7 forum to see what the inside looks like, you and the misses should be comfortable in that wagon.

nice looking truck there. Guess you will be spending a few days driving it around to get the powertrain broken in.

Practice using the manual mode for shifting. Works better in the hills then tow/haul on this truck.

I didn't have a lot of options on the color. I'm pretty sure this was the only DRW Ford within a hundred or so miles. I really like the two tone with a dark color across the bottom better. I'm thinkin I know a guy to paint the bottom to match the 5er.

I think it's tan with black carpet. Pretty plush. Way more comfortable than my old butt deserves.

On the information screen for the truck. Go to truck apps...this is down the left side of the screen.

Once there. I think the first one is the off road. Go one more and there you can name your trailer so you can keep track of miles.

Yeah I learned it after towing a few times.

I think you may have to be hooked up. Don't recall though.

Use the control on the left side of the steering when.
