1992 Ford F150 5.0L 4X4 code 32, 33

I have been chasing code 32 and 33 around in the truck for a while. I have replaced the EGR and the EGR position sensor and am still getting these codes any ideas?

KOEO
32 EVP circuit below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts.
33 EGR valve opening not detected.

Most of the time I would say you have bad vacuum lines. I would put a hand vacuum pump on the vacuum line as it leaves the EVR and see if it opens the EGR valve.
If it does check for vacuum going to the EVR solenoid.

If you have bad vacuum check to see if the large can on the passenger fender has rusted out on the bottom side.

If that is OK I would replace the EVR solenoid after checking the wiring going to it.
You should have Battery voltage at the solenoid.

If you live in the rust belt I bet the culprit is a rotten EGR tube. Mine is broken in half almost pretty much center in the tube.
