quick update got my roof epoxyed, floor roughed out n rust sealed. found some pin holes in the floor less than a dozen so I'm going to kitty hair em up n call it a day. cab corner got epoxyed too so i won't have to worry about em rusting again. also pulled parts off the firewall so i can start prepping it out. will update in few days.

 

 

its been a while but ill post up some pictures where I'm at...

 

well after i paint the cab i had a hard time find help to put the bed back on so i tried to do it myself and the bed fell off the jack stand so i had to repair it and do a blend.

 

afer the cab i went ahead and redid the bodywork so i could bring it to a car show and not hear no sh@#.

 

 

btw i installed the glass doors and carpet i plan on making a decal for the rear window. saying "built not bought" and i figured out a name for the vehicle, family affair. since over 10 members drove and sat in this truck it has to stay in the family.

 

Looks terriffic.

Let me know when you want that seat. It is grey and would look really good in there.

 

I'll definitely hit you up after i figure out something for the motor. thats one thing I'm having a hard time with, that way i can drive and pick it up from you I'm hoping by may at the latest. I still gotta save some more cash the the engine and wiring. i also want to get new radiators and a/c system while i got it apart just ads up quick. shoot the rear glass gasket cost me 50. Rite now i spend under or about a grand on everything.

 

been a while since i worked on the truck and since its a new year I'm working back on it. hopefully be done in 3 months time on the road again lol.
got 4.6l motor and trans with only 8000 MILES ON IT can you believe it lol. Anyway I'm working on pulling the tranny out and prepping the f100 for the fresh motor, will keep updating with the progress. anyway heres the donor truck, plan on using the wiring too.

 

You may have mentioned it, but I didn't see it, is that blue the Deep Blue metallic?

You did such a good job on that respray that I wish I could do the same!
