That towing feature I imagine is like what is already on the 03's.

When towing a trailer with the Tow Haul switch on ,when you apply the brakes, the transmission automatically downshifts and assists in the slowing down of the unit

It appeared that this was in the article. I knew I read it somewhere. So towing , as with the other Trucks you must "manually" take it out of Overdrive?

More info to hold onto.

The Tow Haul feature is a switch on the horn ring just like a cruise button. ON/OFF

I tried it in the highest gear and the tow/haul worked with it.

At the time, we could only got 600 ft though.

I know I could sure use that feature on my truck when pulling my Holiday trailer.

We should move this to a tech forum though.

Don't know. We were told the engine size, gearing, etc. were all similar. I'm sure I can get specifics if I need to but I'm too worn out at this point too want to add more to my plate.
