Question Burnt Wiring and no start

The truck is a 1989 F150 with 4.9 6cly.

The problem : I had a bad battery from autozone. While i was hooking it up there a arc and the "fuse wire" running to the alternator melted. I fixed the wire. Now it just cranks with no spark.

Things I've checked: Its getting fuel. My starter relay (mounts to the fender) was bad replaced it. ignition module was bad, replaced that as well. checked my coil and condenser,

HELP?

I really don't know were you would start....I think your gonna need a test light and start following the voltage. Check your grounds make sure their not fried. Sounds like a wire that plugs into the coil I know if its not getting a good connection it would just turn over and over with out starting.

I'll bet you're not getting power to the coil from the ignition switch. When the wire going to the alternator melted, it probably burned a wire going to the ignition switch.

When you turn the ignition switch on, does the volt meter move? Does that red battery symbol light?
