My 2004 F 350 diesel Dually 4x4 does a slow "click" like the flasher on half speed. It does not flash if the brake lights are on, and does flash if the ignitn is on but the engine is off...or on...... I replaced the module that controls the emergency flashers, but I am wondering if there is another module just for the turn indicators?
