6.0 EGR delete questions

To start, I have a 2005 Excursion with a 08/2004 build date and drive train with a full EGR delete.

The problem I am having is I am getting a check engine light constantly. I have the egr connected still sitting on top of the engine, I use an SCT to tune but even when going through the checklist and turning the egr off it throws a P1334. My Edge insight clears it, and it will not come on until I restart so it isn't too bad. I guess my questions are 1) is the P1334 causing me to loose any power and 2) even with my SCT showing egr off should I still be getting egr codes.

P1334 EGR throttle position sensor minimum stop performance. Throttle plate, actuator sensor.

I know that the code is related to my EGR delete. So what is the way to fix P1334 and now P0448? I guess I don't care about the codes as long as they don't cause driveability. At this point every thread I read gets me more confused.

It doesn't appear to be an egr delete issue. It looks like its more of a sensor problem with the throttle plate.

EGR codes that give you a light after they are deleted are normally for flow.

I'm guessing the actuator (throttle plate) either isn't going back to home position or the sensor is not working correctly.

Well I guess I will give SCT a call. I hope that I can get something done because I don't want t have reduced performance. As of now i can reset the code and it won't come back until I shut down and re start.
