How to measure lift??
I have a '99 F250 that has re-curve springs in the rear and add-a-leaf springs in the front. They were already installed on the truck when I bought it. I'm trying to find out how much lift they gave my truck. Is there a point I can measure to find out??? I need new shocks and I think it needs a drop pitman arm but I need to know how much lift to order parts. Thanks Jason

You can look at pictures of lifted trucks and compare yours to that. I would pull a measurement from Tue bottom of your frame to the top of your axles both front and rear and maybe a brother here with a stock height truck would be nice enough to pull the same measurement for comparison for you.... My truck wouldn't do any good for you

Stock Measurements
I measured a '04 F250 King Ranch and it was 8" in the front and 12" in the rear. I also pulled measurements from a "03 F350 with "add-a-leaf" in the front and it was 10" in the front and 12" in the rear. My truck measured 12" in the front and 16" in the rear so I'm pretty sure I have a 4" lift. Thanks for the help!

My EX measured 10" in the front and 12" in the rear. I measured from the bottom of the frame to the top of the axels . I know something is new under the front because my sway bar tie rods are new, but do I have any lift?
2" in the front and none in the rear?
Just trying to see if I can run 315r16's (35's)
