1994 F-150 Fuel issues!

check you wire connections to make sure they are clean. does it also have a pump on the rail of the frame on the drivers side i know my 88 f250 with dual tanks had one in each tank than had a fuel pump on the frame that went to the fuel filter. if you have one on the frame check to see if you are getting gas to that fuel pump and than see if you are getting gas to go through the pump.
i recently delt with a fuel issue on mine i replace fuel pump filter and fuel relay and by pase the intera switch and was still not getting any power till i realized there is another part to the fuel relay. if your truck is fuel injected you have an eec relay which will look exactly like you fuel pump relay if the eec is bad it wont give power to your fuel relay so you one get any power to the pumps. and taht was my problem all i needed to do was change the eec to get power to the rest of the system. sor for the long post but hopfuly that can be helpful.

Not sure if you are talking about the fuel gauge sender or the pumps output flow.
We will talk about the pump output flow. To check this just ground pin #6 of the self-test plug and then turn on the key. Do you have pressure and flow from the pump now?
If so short pin #2 to pin #6 of the self-test plug and then turn on the key. Do the pumps still run?

Then ground pin #6 of the self-test plug and then turn on the key.
Then check for power with a load type test light at the Inertia Switch.
Ground the test light at the green screw.
It should light as you touch each wire.
Note also if the red button on top is up the pump will not run.
You push down on it to reset it.
Green screw is G200:
