The Ultimate Full Size Bronco to do list

Wow that seemed like a lot of work but those seat look really nice. I would love full power seats too, but I upgraded from a cloth bench to my leather eddie bauer bucket seats. I spent a good chunk having them partially reupholstered (with vinyl) so I don't want to spend much more on the seats for quite some time.

Its a very expensive project. More expensive than I thought. I would almost have been better off getting a set from Ebay for $1500.
The thing I like better about the way I did it is, all the seat foams and covers are New. So they have no wear, the foams are firm and should last alot longer than typical used seats.
So the spendometer for this job......
Junk Seats $100
Seat Foams $350
Seat covers $775
Blasting Frames - Free (they took FOREVER and just said no charge)
Seat Adapter Brackets $260
Paint $10
Used F250 power Seat Track - $150
Total $1645
An expensive job for sure but I spend alot of time in my truck and seat comfort is a big issue.

My dream build would be finding a 4 door bronco. Either a Magnum or Centurion conversion.
Completely tearing it down for a frame off build.
Convert it to a Bullnose. I would need a complete donor truck, and some crew cab parts. I would paint it 1985 Regatta Blue, and have an all blue interior, just like my current bronco. Two rows of front low back bucket seats, with the drivers side modified to fold forward completely, and a centurion rear bench that folds flat into a bed. All seats would be upholstered with Regatta Blue vinyl. Blue carpet, and grey mesh gauge and radio bezels. Factory bronco center console modified with deeper cup holders that light up. I also would convert the rear doors to 92-96 1 piece glass, and add power windows.
Front and rear Superduty axles, with a 6 inch lift. Swap in a well built Cummins 12 valve with a least 400 hp, backed with a ZF 6. 37 inch tires and 20 inch rims.
LED lights, with clear smoked taillights, and clear front turn signals. I would also like to shave the marker lights.
It also would be cool to have a few rare options, like an under hood toolbox, fog lights, and sliding rear windows, and build a matching trailer out of a truck box that I could pull behind it.
I guess my to do list is to clean up my bronco, and sell it so I can find a 4 door.

1993 Bronco Exhaust
Hello everyone! I recently purchased a 1993 5.8L XLT Bronco and I have been going through this thread and it seems multiple people have suggested Bassani I'm not sure what I should get?! On a loudness scale I would like it to be a 5-6 or 7. I am looking to replace the headers and complete exhaust system.
