Question aerodynamics

has anyone ever worked with making an older (70s) ford pickup more aerodynamic? i was thinking front spoiler (a nice one) an air gate, cab faring, and sunvisor (do these things really help) and using sheet metal to cover some of the under body? is this worth it or is (more) aerodynamic ford pickups just an oxymoron statement?

aerodynamics

Air dams, spiolers, farings n' such may help improve MPG a bit on the highway, but trucks is trucks I M O . Mid 70s body design is a little boxy for any significant aerodynamic performance. Maybe you like how might look.....It's your judgment.
