Where can I buy black interior parts?

I have a black F350 Lariat, I'd really love to have a black interior like some of the special editions get. Is there any place to buy parts like the dash, door panels, etc besides the dealer? I couldn't even find any on ebay...

I've never seen any. But for much less money you can pushing or dye the panels. It's been done more than once.

How does it hold up though? Aren't the factory parts colored all the way through the plastic?

Some, maybe. My 01 sd dash is black, and theres flecks of black popping off, showing a darker gray plastic dash under. I myself, am going to buy krylon plastic paint, once it gets warm. I plan to wipe down the entire surface with denatured alcohol to get the offensive "armor all" off, and shoot the entire dash a nice smoothe gloss black again. Carpet-wise, I dyed my old buicks carpet with spray dye in black, and it looked fine, and didnt get stiff either. Remember though...DONT RUSH IT! Theres plenty of opportunity to ruin your rig, if you dont take your time.

mine are holding up wonderfully. even sitting out in the summer it has not faded, and the arm wrests look as good as the day i did them. not a hint of the old color showing. i've even tried to scratch it off with my fingernails. unless you gouge the plastic, it won't come off. and if you do gouge it, just respray it.

i went through my old thread and i used duplicolor.

would do it again in a heartbeat. i doubt very much that you'd be unhappy with the results. The stuff goes on like silk too, almost impossible to mess it up.

Like painting, the key to a lasting die finish is the prep work. Clean, clean, clean!

Hmmm, I guess I'll have to at least give it a try. I can't find the black parts available anywhere, even from a dealer at an astronomical price! I would think they would be more popular...
