Hello everyone,

I just picked up a SG2 yesterday and I've added a few x gauges to it. I can't seem to find one for oil pressure....I have a '00 X with the V10. If this has been covered before sorry.. i didn't see it while looking around. I'm about 9 years late to the party! I've always wanted an X and i found one cheap enough to just buy cash..so its a project truck. ( the nicest project I've ever had to start with )

Hi Miguel,

Unfortunately there's no oil pressure sensor on your engine. The gauge is driven by a switch that closes around 5 PSI. The PCM has no clue what your oil pressure is, which means your ScanGauge won't be able to read it.
