rikard is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
You will need the manual transmisson pedal assembly, a 5.0 flywheel, clutch master cylinder, shifter and boot, plus the transmission. You may have to change the cross member too.
Most 5 speed F150s of this era used the Mazda M5OD R2 while F250s got the ZF model. I have owned two trucks with the Mazda unit and had no issues in 200k plus miles.
Regards
rikard

Are their already holes in place for the pedel assembly and shifter i would imagine all the cabs had the provisions so that ford wouldnt have to have 2 different cab lines and also would their be wireing issues i know i would want to change the column as well
