Trickle Chargers for F250 Diesel?
My Diesel F250 doesn't get drive often and I'm having trouble with batteries keeping their charge. I try to drive it at least once a month but when went out this afternoon, it wouldn't even light the instrument lights, let along try to start!
Would keeping a trickle charger on the batteries be a good thing to do? How would it work with two batteries? Move the charger from battery to battery? The truck is garage kept so a solar powered charger is out the the question. Would a thru-the-cigarette lighter trickle charger work? Appreciate any comments, ideas, suggestions. IF a trickle charge is what I need, recommendations on brands, models would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I use Deltran tenders on all my cars that tend to sit more than being driven. This is the model I use:
I also use their Junior charger/tender on my ATV and mover. And finally, I have one of their waterproof tenders on my standby generator.
