Stock Ride Height - 99 F350 2wd?
I have a '99 F-350 CC Dually 2wd 7.3 I recently purchased used. The front end is sagging and the negative camber of the front tires is noticeable.
I want to replace the front springs and get the truck aligned, but don't know what the stock ride height will be with new OEM springs. I wouldn't mind going and inch or two higher to level the truck, but don't want to end up nose-high when loaded or exceed what the stock camber bushings are capable of correcting.
Does anyone have stock ride height measured from bumper/etc, or what stock springs loaded height is? Given the heavy trailer tongue weight this truck sees I may not be able to go any higher than stock.
Looking at Tuftruck HD springs right now. They claim to be OEM height.
No idea what code my current springs are, but my understanding is the heavier code OEM springs are not any taller until the truck is heavily loaded (same installed height, but won't sag as much under load).
