6.4 Exhaust is lower than I'd like ... options?

I just bought a new to me 2010 450 4x4 with the 6.4. It seems the exhaust is really low although it appears "normal" compared to other pictures I've seen.

What options would you consider while leaving the DPF and CAT? I live in an area that checks emissions, so removing those is not an option. I've seen a few with what looks like louvers or vents. I guess it is because they get so hot.

I assume the truck has a gooseneck hitch installed correct? Most kits have to drop the exhaust to keep it from contacting the gooseneck hitch. Some kits look worse than others.

Yes, it does have a B&W hitch installed. I assume that means that a custom bend would be needed to reroute it.

Now that I have a clue on what to look for, it seems the aftermarket pipes don't bend as high as the OEM pipe. So a kit might be possible.
