Wiper motor swap problems

The wiper motor in my 92 f350 just recently started getting week on me so i decided to pull the motor off of my 91 f350 parts truck which was only a few years old. After installing the motor the intermittent wiper setting doesnt work properly, they park in the middle of the windshield. Also if you cut the wipers off they park whereever they are at. I have no idea what to do, everything was functioning properly when removed, just a little weak. Any input is greatly appreciated.

at the beginning of this section, under "read this" , there is an entry called "easy intermittent wiper fix", or something like that ... i bet it solves your problem.

Your parts truck motor may have issues with its park switch.

I replaced my wiper motor over the weekend, myself due to the motor getting very weak and slow.
