I was waiting for him to tell us what the solution was. He said the cam is ground wrong, but the answer to the problem is heavier valve springs.
Did I miss something?

What I got out of it was that he thinks the lift curve is wrong.
From other things I was getting from that video was that
he is selling something and wants to buy
HIS FIX TO THE PROBLEM.
BTW did you look at his other videos?
