Installed the Mini Max today...
Well, to my surprise UPS showed up today with my Mini Max. The install was pretty easy and I was able to wire it to the purple wire pretty easily (after a confirmation call to Brendon). I got everything set up, but I have it set up as DPF on because my exhaust is not in yet arrived.
I went to do the transmission learn runs and wow, I was impressed. I realized later I had it in the street tune and not the Performance tune but oh well, it seemed to be plenty! Long story short, on my third run at full throttle right at 80 MPH I heard a loud pop, and I lost significant power and the EGT's started climbing! Not the sound you want to hear! I limped home carefully with the EGT's going 1200 at 40 MPH!
I called H&S and they said it sounded like I blew a pipe leading into the turbo. Sure enough I look at my boost and it was at 0. When I got home I popped the hood and sure enough the pipe coming from the inter cooler into the turbo is connected by a boot with a clamp and the pressure caused the boot clamp to fail and the pipe broke loose. It was an easy fix, and the nut not on the clamp seemed to be really loose, so I am hoping somebody forgot to tork it down! I took it for another test drive and all was good!
I then took the SD card in to update, and ran into another problem- While updating the updater said the card was full and was not able to complete...or something like that! Has anybody ever seem this? I am going to put the SD card back in and update the Mini and then try it again, but I am not sure if that will fix it or not. Is there something I need to do to create more space on the card? Thx. In advance. BTW- the guys at H&S were very helpful.

I have a Spartan so won't speak to your programming issue. But I strongly urge you to promptly copy the contents of the SD card to a folder on your home computer/laptop/external hard drive, etc. Then go to Wally world and buy another SD card that has the most memory you feel you can afford and place a copy of your original files on it as well.
Losing this stuff can be a real pain. Being able to recreate it can save you headaches.
