Inside groove is for alt/ belt. Yea that bracket was bent.

Yours may be different b/c mine is a 460, but alt belt goes around the crank pulley below the fan pulleys. I'm guessing the 2nd pulley is for A/C if I had it or running a separate belt around crank/fan? I just dont know how I could get it on or tension it.

I have a 390. Explains the difference.
