EGR Cooler hose question...

EGR Cooler hose question...
So with the temps hovering in the teens to single digits and wind chills below 0 F here for so long my EX has decided to let me know she isn't happy with the temps.
She has decided that it was ok to leak coolant where the EGR cooler hose attaches to the Oil Cooler outlet/inlet (not sure how to describe it) when the temps are in the teens. Plug the truck in and it doesn't leak when the temp is in the teens. Also once the truck is up to operating temperature I have zero leaks and the cooling system holds pressure when pressure tested.
I looked at the hose and there is a metal band around the hose but it doesn't look like a hose clamp. Is there an O-ring at that connection?
Until the weather gets warmer I was wondering if I can put a hose clamp on the hose to try and seal it for now. Once the weather gets warmer, I am going to do an EGR delete and a oil cooler.

Here is one, second page has the part numbers.

I have done this, it's not too difficult to do. Just need the right tools.
Here is one:
The other needs to get to the bolt just under the edge of the turbo.

Agree. And, place some rags under that area to keep small torxbits from falling down in there. I left 2 down there when I did mine. Got them back a couple years later when I replaced my turbo!
