Trouble Finding M5R2 Parts!

I am having trouble finding parts for my 95 f150 4.9l 4x4: shift rod spring seat also called shift detent spring seat. and the springs they sit into.
i need these parts because some idiots were messing with the shifter when i was working on my truck in school. so it got stuck in 4th gear. i took off the top case of the trans, and noticed the 3rd and 4th fork was hard to slide. after i removed the bars i noticed the middle seat was stuck down somehow so i had to drill it out. that is why i need those parts. i found a place to buy both forks but not the 3 spring and seats. please help!

here is an idea what i need. numbers 77,79

I got all the ***** but there are coned like seats that sit on top of the spring where the bar slides on. The thing is if i go to a junk yard they probably wont let me just take the top casing and the components with it. so i really dont wanna buy a used trans if i can buy the parts online.

Call around. You'd be surprised. A lot of the pick and pull's around here will let you take only what you need.

I really doubt that you will be able to get these parts anywhere other than a junkyard. Dealer included.
