edge evolution cord problem?

So ever since I got my truck back from the stealership (wich is entirely a diffrent story) my programmer will lose power randomly and come back on. Well the yesterday I hopped in the truck and now its not getting any power at all. I dont know if its the cord or the OD II port? Help
