In midfifty's description of the electric window switch, they say it won't fit with their electric window mechanism. he said it worked out fine for him. I didn't have time to ask him if there was anything fiddly or a problem to get the switch sorted out and fitted in with the electric window winder. His works by moving a handle, like a window winder handle, up or down, in the position of the original handle. I don't know how Midfifty's mechanism is supposed to be controlled.

I don't understand what the problem Midfifty sees with this combination, or what he did to make it work, other than what he told me. Short time for discussion unfortunately as I now am thinking of doing the same thing as my electric window unit on one door is giving me problems.

Huh those people must have been sleeping since the 70's? as I type seems
every vehicle going by my window has vent windows. My self I rather have
my vents. Another stupid idea they all had back then was those dispicable
hidden wipers only good for florida not here all froze up in there.

I agree with you on those hideaway wipers, that is and always will be the worse design ever.
