No turn signals Help... Please

I have a 97 ford F350 (7.3) Psd Dually.
I recently lost my turn signals... Today I changed the Switch out with 2 other Known working switches and still got nothing.
The 4ways work - Everything works except the bleepin turn signals.
Iv checked the fuses and they all appear to be good.

Can someone tell me the steps to figure out what the problem might be?

well the 4 ways (hazards) and turn signal lights use 2 different flashers. The fact that the hazards work and turn signals don't probably points to the other flasher. As far as I can remember both flashers are round but the one on the face of the dash fuse panel is for the turn signal, and the one on the back/rear side is for the hazards. Both are interchangeable from what I recall too, so you could switch and test turn signal operation. Fuse 7 is for turn signals, just double check power at fuse and use DVM to check if blown.
