Well yeah I know a bunch of you guys jumped on the lodge rooms. I was just wondering if anybody reserved a cabin in that cul de sac? Hey Chris!!?? Bob??!!! Am I literally the only one who reserved a cabin? Speak up guys. I might as well do the lodge thing too if I'm the only one.

LOL. I might be afraid of the dark, but I'm not the one who is going to drag a camper across three states behind an antique truck so that I can spend "quality private time" with Bob.

I may get a cabin if the time gets close and there is still one available , I am bringing my camper so I can leave room for people that will need the cabins/ rooms at the lodge. I think there maybe some teardrops ( campers) coming and I would not want them to feel alone down at the campground .
Ps I have spent two nights with Bob in very close quarters on the road retrieving a truck that he helped me find and get! The quality time that I had on that trip is what makes these trips so rememberable.

Wow! Just checked, 750 miles, not sure if I can get Micki interested in a long road trip. Might have to do this one alone.

That would great Jeff ! I have 6 sits at the far edge of the campground picked out. Site 81-87. There are a 107 camp sites in the campground.
I was talking to my wife about the drive down...and she has decided that she is going to drive down in her car. That works for me!!! I can play my music I like then and there is more room for my dogs.

Well, I mentioned it to Micki and got the "look" Ya know the one guys, like "you want me to do what?"
I'll get right on trying to figure out funding for this, home repairs and remodel have pretty much taken every extra dime I can make for the last year. Trying to live in my Dad's old river camp and finish a remodel that he started 20 years ago is a fulltime job. I figure it'll take another year to finish

Camping spots............................................. $150
Quality time with me on a road trip.................Priceless
The best way to convince your wife to come along is to tell her the guys on the board say it was a lot of fun at the three previous meets. Then tell it's "OK" if she doesn't want to come. She'll just hate to sit home thinking you're having fun. She won't want that to happen.
