Royal Purple Max-Tane Diesel Additive
Is anyone using Royal Purple’s new Max-Tane? It appears to be very comprehensive - good for year round use.

I also use PM-22, and I think it's a good product. Since PM-22 is not an anti-gel like PM-23, and not readily available at stores, I started using Power Services (White Bottle) as we're having a cold snap.
It's good to know that in PM-22 is holding well in sub zero temps. Perhaps I'll just stick with it and call it good, instead of switching back and fourth. Hence my inquiry about Royal Purple's new additive - it has all the properties we're looking for in one bottle.

Please do! I am very interested in your assessment. Unfortunately, I am unable to find the product locally. Amazon.com has it, but it's several weeks (so they say) before it's available to ship.

In speaking to them, this product has been on the market for about 18 months, just in the 20oz size as they were getting feedback on it, but they redid their formula so it is double the concentration, so the 10oz bottle is good for a tank.
They said they are working on expanding their distribution. I am typically a big fan of their products.

I'll report back early next week.

I added an ATTA, AT80R external added two 20 oz bottles to that tank. Then added separate bottle or third bottle to the main tank. I do this combination every time I fill up and again I have had no jelling. I buy the PM-22 in the 20 oz Bottles by the 24 count for the Ford dealer. My receipt is for 213.84.
